The "C-Handle" Mugs

The very thick G-212 Mug, sometimes called the “Cheater” because the walls are so thick and makes the mug very heavy.  It only holds 7 oz so required lots of refills.  This one shows lots of wear.  1940s The same capacity as the thick mug, but with thinner walls.  1950s The slim chocolate mug from the 1940s also. The very thick restaurant mug in white, as the G-212, very rare and costly today.  1940s
The medium size in white also rare and expensive.  1950s.  It is important to note that I have seen no slim chocolate mugs in the white color.  If you find one I would love to have it! An extremely rare mug is the crystal C handle restaurant mug from the 1950s, and therefore of the “medium” variety.  It has been reported that only 8 of these exist.
Here are some pictures showing the difference in the thickness of the walls of these mugs.
