The Ranger Mugs

The Ranger mugs, sometimes called “Barrel” for obvious reasons, are some of the larger mugs, holding 11 ½ oz.  These date to the later 1970s and even crossed over into the Anchor Hocking marked era.  The rust colored mug pictured below is one of those that is not marked Fire-King but I’ve been too lazy to look for a replacement.  The dark amber is one to be careful of in all mug shapes, that color being produced beginning at the very end of the Fire-King period.  Unique handle.  I believe all the available colors are represented here.
